Kami akan menghantar surat Arahan Persetujuan Harga bersama Surat Jemputan Lawatan Tapak. (Segala Kos Lawatan hendaklah ditanggung oleh Pembeli)
Langkah 3
Lawatan Tapak dan pertemuan diantara Pemaju, Broker, Peguam dan Pembeli akan ditetapkan dalam Surat Menyurat.
Langkah 4
Selepas Menandatangai Surat Perjanjian (Agreement) Penjualan Tanah/Ladang diantara Penjual dan Pembeli, bayaran hendaklah dilaksanakan serta merta. Cara Bayaran akan diberitahu dalam surat perjanjian nanti.

Site visits and meetings between the Developers, Brokers, Lawyers and the Buyer will be fixed in Office.
step 4
After signing the Letter of Agreement(Agreement) Disposal of Land / Farm between Seller and Buyer, payment shall be effected immediately. Payment will be inform in later agreements.
